In this video I'm cutting some test brackets out of 1/4 thick aluminum. Cutting speed is 30 IPM, 0.05 DOC, 50% step over, 24k RPM using a 1/8 carbide single flute cutter. I'm using an air blower to cool the bit and remove the chips.
The finish wasn't bad. There are some small deviations in the finish due to the 1/8 bit but it sanded up just fine. I hand reamed the holes to true 0.25
